›What’s the minimum order?
10 pairs of the same design. You can mix any sizes from youth small to adult XXL in one order.
›Can every player have their own name or number?
Yes. Add your roster in the Team & Sizes step, then set the wrist text to “Player name” or “Player #”. Each pair is made with that player’s name or number at no extra cost.
›What logo files can I upload?
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 5 MB. A PNG with a transparent background or an SVG gives the cleanest result. We send your original file to production, not the preview.
›What is the custom wrist stamp?
Your logo moulded into the wrist velcro tab, in the strap’s own colour. The mould is a one-time charge of $30 per design. Reorder the same design later and there’s no mould charge, unless you change the stamp artwork.
›Can I save my design and come back later?
Yes. Enter your email and we save your design as you go and email you a link to it. Open the link on any device to keep going.
›How do I reorder?
Open your design link, update the roster with this season’s players and sizes, and check out again.
›How do I pay?
By card through Stripe’s secure checkout, in US or Canadian dollars. Orders are paid in full when you place them, and production starts once payment clears.
›Are prices in US or Canadian dollars?
Both. You see prices in US dollars, or in Canadian dollars if you’re in Canada; switch anytime at the top of the page. You’re charged in the currency you check out in: USD orders ship to US addresses and CAD orders to Canadian addresses.
›Will I pay customs or duties on delivery?
No. Shipping is included, and US orders ship duty-paid, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your gloves arrive.
